The Shitong Radio Shuttle High-Density Racking System is designed to maximize warehouse storage efficiency in areas where space is limited. By eliminating the need for forklifts to operate inside storage lanes, this system allows tighter aisle configuration and enables pallet density up to 80% greater than traditional selective racking.
How It Works
Pallets are placed by forklifts at the entry of the channels. The radio shuttle, managed via remote control or tablet, moves the pallet to its designated slot within the lane. Pallets are retrieved following the same path in reverse. This semi-automated workflow ensures minimal forklift movement and high throughput.
