The design uses gravity plus controlled roller resistance to move heavy pallets smoothly down the incline to the picking face. Load distribution and safety features prevent overstrain on rollers and racks.

2. How to control speed of pallet when it work on pallet flow racking?
The speed is controled by damper,when the speed is fast than needed,fasten the damper screw, then you will get speed suit.
3.What is the load it can carry?
Usually the load for one pallet is within 1500kgs.
4.Will the pallet diflect when it flow down?
No,it will not.Debugging will eliminate the situation.
5. How long the pallet flow racking could be?
For the time being, the longest we did is 20m, if you need longer,we don't think there is problem.
