Shitong’s High-Density Radio Shuttle Racking System is engineered to optimize warehouse space utilization where storage capacity is limited. By keeping forklifts out of storage lanes, aisle width can be minimized and pallet storage density can reach up to 80% higher than conventional selective racks.
How It Works
Forklifts place pallets at the channel entry point. The radio shuttle, controlled via remote or tablet, transports the pallet to its designated location inside the lane. Retrieval follows the same process in reverse. This semi-automated system ensures efficient pallet handling with minimal forklift travel.
