Push Back Racking
Push-back racking is a high-density pallet storage system that uses depth instead of multiple aisles, allowing several pallets to be stored in a single lane. Operating on the Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principle, pallets are loaded onto nested carts or inclined rails. When a new pallet is placed, it pushes the previous one backward. During unloading, the front pallet is removed and the others automatically slide forward by gravity.
Main Components:
1. Pallet rack frame 2. Front Beam 3. Intermediate Beam 4. Rails
5. Cart 6. Pallet stops 7. Skid-resistant surface 8. Full cart over
High Space Utilization
Maximizes warehouse capacity by reducing the number of aisles, achieving storage density up to 85–90%.
Improved Efficiency
Forklifts only operate at the rack face, minimizing travel distance and increasing loading/unloading speed.
Flexible Design
Lanes can be designed to store 2–6 pallets deep, and system height, depth, and capacity can be customized.
Safe and Low Maintenance
Gravity-driven operation requires no power supply, with fewer mechanical parts and reduced risk of forklift impact.

Warehouses with medium SKU variety but high pallet quantities per SKU.
Cold storage and food warehouses, where space efficiency and energy savings are critical.
Facilities with limited aisle space requiring dense storage.
Industries that can accept LIFO inventory rotation, such as beverages, packaging, or building materials.
1. How can you get a quote as quickly as possible?
For racks with specific dimensions, please tell us:
1) the rack dimensions you require. Height×Depth×Length?
2) the maximum load requirement for each layer.
3) how many layers for one independent rack consists of.
4) The specific quantity of racks you need.
For warehouses that need to provide rack drawings, please tell us:
1) Your pallet size, and which dimension of the pallet is for the forklift's entry direction?
2) The maximum height and maximum load requirements for one pallet plus cargo.
3) Provide your warehouse drawing.
2. What’s your payment terms?
TT or L/C at sight
3. What is your packaging method?
All goods packed with plastic wrap and fix with steel tape. Ensure all goods can be moved by forklift.
