Shitong’s High-Density Live Pallet Flow Rack System is engineered to deliver fast, efficient First-In-First-Out (FIFO) storage with minimal forklift movement. Ideal for high volume load-in/load-out environments where goods need to flow smoothly and reliably.
How It Works
Pallets are loaded at the back or top of inclined lanes and roll forward on gravity rollers or wheeled tracks until they reach the picking or unloading face. The system maintains controlled speed via brake rollers to prevent impact.

The speed is controled by damper,when the speed is fast than needed,fasten the damper screw, then you will get speed suit.

Usually the load for one pallet is within 1500kgs.
4.Will the pallet diflect when it flow down?
No,it will not.Debugging will eliminate the situation.
5. How long the pallet flow racking could be?
For the time being, the longest we did is 20m, if you need longer,we don't think there is problem.
